While we have so many reputed installations of bag filters, we have just supplied some of bag filters for high temperature operation for boilers of various capacities 10 ton, 5 ton, 14 ton, on defferent fuels. These bag filters have been installed in very adverse conditions of operations , enviro technical team after through research of site conditions and operation parameters, fuel properties investigations, etc, we evolved best solution for each of these bag filters having defferent fuels and defferent operating parameters. We proudly annouce that it has been one of the best operation parameters achived for very abrasive fuels and achieved very long and very good life of filter bags also, against the nightmerish dream of filter bag on these fuels.

Six nos of DE system comprising Bag Filter, fan, etc is supplied to another Power Plant, in west Bengal, 3x150MW plant, in 2016.
Three nos od DE system comprising Bag Filter, fan, Ducting, compressor etc is commissioned at M/S Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, in 2015 and system is running very good since quite a few months.
EIC has received new order from Jindal Steel & Power Ltd for completely turnkey basis for 3 nof DE system for their Coal Handling Plant. It includes bag filter, fan, supposrt structure, ductings, compressors, dampers etc.
EIC has received new order from a OEM for 3x150 MW Power Plant Project for 10 nos of DE system for their Coal Handling Plant. It includes bag filter, fan, supposrt structure, dampers etc.
We have furrher received an order from M/S Jindal Steel and Power Ltd, for DE System duct accessories, in June,15
EIC has supplied to M/S Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, 6 nos of DE system for their CHP div of power plant 6 x135 MW, It comprises bag filter, fan, conpressors, support structure etc.
EIC has recently further commissioned ventilation system for 2x600 MW Power Plant in Chatishgarh, it was again a turnkey contract.
EIC has also commissioned a project of 6 nos DE system for Coal Hnadling Plant of a Power plant 2x300MW capacity in Andhra Pradesh. One of capacity of Bag filter has been 88,000m3/hr.
We have supplied and successfully commissioned three nos of bag filter accessories for 78,000m3/hr, 19000 m3/hr, 14000 m3/hr on turnkey basis at a very remote site of power plant 2x150 MW near Rameshwaran. we have also supplied tunnel ventilation system here.
We have also supplied and commissioned 66,000 m3/hr, 60,000 m3/hr and two nos of bag filter of 7000 m3/hr cap Bag Filter at Chhattisgarh few years before and client has appreciate our good work and design, and has further issued performance certificate also.
EIC has recently commissioned a project for 1,00,000 m3/hr capacity made in stainless steel construction along with ducting, Centrifugal fan fabricated in stainless steel construction only also
We have supplied 6x76500 m3/hr air pollution equipment to one of birla group, It was very crucial technical selection, as motor assigned has been of low capacity at low rpm, it took us 14 days to select the fan and its imepeller diameter, on a single go, all six of system of such capacity has been working perfectly well since begining.
